1. Go to Customer.
  2. Add New Customer : Tap on "New Customer" in the bottom left. Key in customer details and Save.
  3. View Customer : Tap on customer record row to view customer profile. Tap on Customer History to view his/her transaction history.
  4. Edit Customer : Tap on  to edit customer profile and Save.
  5. Manage Customer Types : Tap on . The Loyalty (%) is referring to the percentage of transaction value convert into reward points.
